Reporting channels for prevention of fraud

The Board of Directors has approved the Measures for the Implementation of the Whistleblowing System, and the Auditing Office will handle whistleblowing cases in accordance with the Measures and other related mechanisms. If the Company’s operations or employees are found to have violated ethics and integrity, the reporting channels are as follows:

The Company may not accept complaints without providing real name and address or specific content. What’s more, the Company guarantees that the personal data and the information provided by the whistleblower will be treated with absolute confidentiality in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
