Infinite Finance Group’s training and development structure is based on its mission, vision, goals, values and the duties of its employees at all levels. It is constructed around three main directions, including new employee cultivation, professional cultivation and management cultivation. It can help managers and employees to achieve personal career development and organizational strategic objectives under a sound training structure.

[General orientation courses for new employees]

We provide introduction on the Company’s products and corporate culture and other information to help new employees easily and quickly understand and integrate into Infinite Finance!

[Professional training courses]

We attach great importance to the continuous improvement of employees in various fields and professions, and will arrange training (including external training courses) according to the needs of the position, so that employees can improve themselves continually and create the competitiveness of the Company and the employees themselves!

[Leadership management training]

We have designed appropriate training for managers at all levels to help them improve their leadership and lead their teams to rise to challenges with more confidence!

[Core function training]

We provide a variety of general orientation courses through physical, online and other learning channels, so that employees can have the soft and hard power of work and life!

[Internal trainer training]

We actively train our employees to become internal trainers, and pass on internal knowledge of the Company such as business content, product introduction, and successful cases. In addition, a variety of lectures and communication opportunities are arranged to make employees accustomed to and willing to share, forming a learning organization that “as many people being together, there is always something to learn from others”.

[On-the-job training (OJT)]

The department head and senior staff provide guidance to employees of their departments and new employees, and provide on-the-job education on daily work, professional knowledge and skills through the interactive process of demonstration, operation and questioning, so as to cultivate employees’ working ability and accumulate practical experience.

[Online learning and training]

Every year, we plan diversified and rich online courses and hold various promotional activities to create a learning community to help employees achieve breakthroughs and upgrades and realize the common vision of the Company. We encourage employees to learn independently, and hope that they can learn and “apply” them to the work, and ultimately hope them to be able to “achieve good effect after use”, further improving profession of the work and new knowledge of life.
