Infinite Finance has been engaging in the leasing business for over 40 years and has always put people first. In the social dimension of sustainable development, Infinite Finance aims at social inclusion and focuses its efforts on creating a healthy workplace, caring for the disadvantaged in society, paying attention to the cultivation of talents, and supporting the development of arts and culture. Infinite Finance aims to become a practitioner of health and sustainability, as well as a transmitter of positive social energy. Starting from the health and sustainability of its own enterprises, it combines with the love of the public and brings resources to people in need of help, so that social warmth can be widely disseminated.

Infinite Finance’s strategy to promote social inclusion is cooperating with diversified parties and taking advantage of all forces. The Company’s employees are gradually mobilized to care for the society with practical actions, such as carry out public welfare activities through cooperating with local organizations when the Company holds large-scale activities, establish the Social Care Service Club within the Company, participate in the activities of non-profit organizations, serve as volunteers and other forms.

In the past, Jih-Sun International Leasing and Financing visited local social welfare organizations during the group consensus camp several times while responding to public welfare activities and providing donations. For example, the company responded to the Yilan County book donation and called on all colleagues to respond enthusiastically to the invoice fundraising activity. Tens of thousands of invoices and donations were collected for the Hsinchu Ren'ai Children's Home to help repair water heater plumbing equipment in its old school buildings so that the children would not suffer from having no hot water during winter. Additionally, the Social Care Service Club was established in 2017 to promote volunteer services within the company. The club has collaborated with Andrew Food Bank, the Hondao Senior Citizen's Welfare Foundation, and other non-profit organizations so that colleagues can contribute to society and experience the joy of helping others.

On December 1, 2022, Jih-Sun International Leasing and Financing merged with IBT Leasing to form Infinite Finance. The brand spirit of the new enterprise is “resilience, trust and sustainability”. In order to promote the sustainable development of society, Infinite Finance helps the elder and the young, cares for the rural areas, promotes the health and social well-being of groups in different ages, and advocates the circular economy of making the best use of everything to cherish the life. In addition, it combines non-profit organizations, public sectors and corporate resources to work together to practice sustainability.

In the last five years, it participated in many public welfare activities, including blood donation activities, volunteer service at Andrew Food Bank and Hondao Senior Citizen’s Welfare Foundation, donation of used computers, beach clean-up activities on the Shuiwei Fishing Port of Jinshan in New Taipei City. The public welfare activities in 2023 that it has participated in include donating bathroom equipment to the rural areas in Hualien, holding lectures on being a friendly workplace for people with dementia, organizing all staff to visit the National Museum of Marine Science and Technology to pay attention to marine ecology, visiting disadvantaged students of Ruibin Elementary School and giving them gifts to encourage them to study hard.

1. Bathroom Equipment Donated to Disadvantaged Organizations in Hualien

In March 2023, Infinite Finance collaborated with A Friend Foundation, Ding Hsing Co., Ltd, and Zonta International to donate 300 sets of Karat bathroom equipment (including toilets and basins) to disadvantaged organizations in Hualien. Infinite Finance helped facilitate the donation of Karat bathroom toilets, basins, and other bathroom equipment and sponsored the entire shipping costs to transport the equipment to Hualien.

The Hualien County Government held a thank you ceremony for donating Karat bathroom equipment at the county building on March 27. Donations were accepted on behalf of the county by Director Chia-fu Chen of the Hualien County Department of Social Services. The Hualien Social Affairs Department assisted local social welfare units in Hualien in need by donating this equipment to the county's long-term care facilities, honorary residents' homes, disadvantaged families, and rural schools. This has served to improve the health environment and enhance the organization's residents' quality of daily life, and teachers and students on campus.

This donation demonstrates Infinite Finance's positive action to promote sustainable development and care for society. It also fulfills the UN's sustainable goal of "ensuring healthy lifestyles to promote Good Health and Well-Being for people of all ages." Infinite Finance cares for society and spreads love without boundaries. Public and private departments and non-profit organizations collaborated in this donation case to establish a suitable model for promoting sustainable development.

2. Lecture on being a Friendly Workplace for People with Dementia

On May 17, 2023, Infinite Finance held a lecture on being a friendly workplace for people with dementia at its Taipei headquarters. Secretary General Yun-ching Chen of the Taiwan Alzheimer's Disease Association was invited to speak on "The Dementia Tsunami is Coming, Are you Ready?" This presentation addressed topics including an introduction to dementia, dementia policies and resources, being a friendly workplace for people with dementia, and how to help people with dementia.

Infinite Finance carefully planned to present this event in the form of a "healthy afternoon tea party" and specially ordered handmade cookies from "Young Coffee," a memory center of Taiwan Alzheimer's Disease Association for counseling young people with dementia, as snacks for the lecture. Filter drip coffee bags were also purchased from Young Coffee as a small gift to introduce to everyone the coffee shop and products operated by people with dementia. The company has expressed its support and care for people with dementia through actions to promote this activity not only in the spirit of health protection but also to promote the importance of supporting disadvantaged groups in society.

Infinite Finance's president, general manager, senior executives, and colleagues warmly participated in the lecture on being a friendly workplace for people with dementia.

Branch base colleagues actively participated on-line, together with head office colleagues, and carefully listened to the lecture on dementia.

3. Marine Ecology Education and the Ruibin Elementary School Visit

Infinite Finance attaches great importance to environmental protection and social care. On June 14, 2023, members of the Sustainable Development Committee led by senior executives visited the National Museum of Marine Science and Technology in Keelung to visit the "Earth Pulsating" special exhibition. They learned about the importance of marine ecological conservation. At the same time, they also visited disadvantaged schoolchildren at Ruibin Elementary School in Ruifang Dist., New Taipei City, and encouraged them to make good use of summer vacation to strengthen their studies. They also accompanied them to play basketball together. They gave gifts such as stationery to the schoolchildren to encourage them to study seriously.
