[Human rights policy]
To fulfill its corporate social responsibility and strengthen the protection of human rights, Infinite Finance is committed to supporting and complying with the human rights protections set forth in various internationally recognized human rights conventions. These include the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Global Compact, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.With the approval of the Board of Directors, Infinite Finance has established a Human Rights Policy.
Infinite Finance eliminates any violation, discrimination, or violation of Human Rights and protects the legal rights of employees who will receive reasonable, equal, and dignified treatment, preventing the occurrence of improper benefits.

- Child labor is strictly prohibited.
- Employment, promotion, training, allocation of resources, resign and retirement are unaffected by race, region, ethnicity, social class, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, pregnancy, marital status, political position, or appearance, with equal opportunities for work and without discrimination.
- The company puts an end to any form of discrimination and supports people with physical and mental disabilities according to different work forms, matching people to suitable jobs.
- Both male and female employees can apply for parental leave without pay, and their reinstatement rights are guaranteed.
- The company organizes labor-management conferences and has set up employee communication mail boxes, providing diversified, effective communication and complaint channels.
- According to the "Gender Equality in Employment Act" and the "Regulations for Establishing Measures of Prevention, Correction, Complaint and Punishment of Sexual Harassment at Workplace," the company provides employees with a work and service environment free from discrimination, coercion, and sexual harassment. Moreover, the company stipulates the "Codes of Ethical Conduct" and the "Prevention Plan for Unlawful Infringement of Executive Duties" to assist internal and external stakeholders in following them.
- A nursing room has been equipped to provide a private and safe nursing environment for colleagues in need while promoting maternal health protection programs in the workplace.
- The company formulates work guidelines and personnel management policy according to relevant labor laws and regulations such as the "Labor Standards Act." It conducts HR-related operations such as personnel screening, selection, education, employment, and retention in accordance with relevant regulations to ensure employees' labor rights. Overseas subsidiaries also comply with local labor laws and regulations to establish reasonable working conditions.
