Infinite Finance’s Board of Directors adopted the “Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles” in April 2023 to serve as a guideline for the Company to promote sustainable development. It is explicitly stated in the Best Practice Principles that during promoting sustainable development, the Company shall pay attention to the rights and interests of stakeholders. In pursuit of sustainable operation and profitability, environmental, social and corporate governance factors must be taken seriously and integrated into the Company’s management policies and operations.
