In order to fulfill corporate social responsibility and build a sustainable operating environment, Infinite Finance established the Sustainable Development Committee in April 2023, which is responsible for promoting sustainable development. In the Committee, the President serves as the Chairman, the General Manager serves as the Vice Chairman, and relevant senior executives appointed by the President serves as the committee members. In addition, executive groups are set up according to the business, and relevant department leaders appointed by the President serve as the group leaders. The Sustainable Development and Corporate Communication Department is responsible for secretarial work.

The division of authority and responsibility and duties of the six groups of the Sustainable Development Committee are described below:

Infinite Finance plans to hold more than two meetings of the Sustainable Development Committee every year to conduct regular reviews and determine development direction and plans, and submits the current year’s plans and implementation results to the Board of Directors to facilitate its supervision on the sustainable development. Starting in 2023, two meetings are held annually, one in each half of the year. The focus of the first-half meeting is to present the latest ESG trends and regulations, report on the annual ESG plan, the progress of the ESG report project and key issues. The second-half meeting focuses on reporting the year's ESG implementation results and discussing proposals for the following year from the six subgroups of the committee. In 2024, committee meetings were held in April and September, and a report on the implementation of sustainability initiatives for 2024 was presented to the Board of Directors in December.

Additionally, Infinite Finance formed an ESG Report Compilation Task Force, comprising representatives from business and administrative units. The task force held meetings and workshops to share the latest sustainability trends and methodologies for report preparation. In the third quarter of 2023, Infinite Finance published its 2022 Sustainability Report, prepared in accordance with the internationally recognized GRI Standards—marking the company's first sustainability report. In accordance with the reporting deadlines for listed companies, the assured sustainability reports(Chinese version and English version) were published in the third quarter of 2024.

In December 2023, Infinite Finance established the Sustainable Development and Corporate Communication Department as a dedicated unit to oversee the company's sustainability development initiatives. Furthermore, in April 2023, the Board of Directors approved the Sustainability Development Best Practice Principles as a guiding framework for promoting sustainability within the company.
